we are now accepting Grant applications!
We proudly provide grants to cancer survivors and their families facing hardships in the United States. We are awarding financial assistance to eligible candidates to use towards their education, medical bills, childcare, and other living expenses.
Read the requirements below to see if you are eligible to apply for a grant. The number of grants given away each year is based upon funds available through donations and fundraising.
To apply for one of The Reva May Nash Grants please email rmn@therevamaynashfoundation.org telling us about your experience as a cancer survivor, describe your hardship, and how a grant would help you/your family. You will be sent a detailed application. Please fill out and return before the deadline.

Am I eligible to apply?
You are eligible to apply if you are a U.S. resident, are a cancer survivor, 18 years of age or older at the time the application is submitted (a parent may apply for their child who is a cancer survivor), not a tax dependent, and meet one of the following criteria:
Finished with active treatment with no evidence of cancer
One year past planned therapy with stable disease
In remission and on hormonal therapy or in remission and on long-term targeted therapy (ie. taking any of the following for therapy: Tamoxifen, Gleevec or Herceptin)
What makes for a good grant applicant?
What we are looking for in your application:
Have immediate financial needs
Are not able to get financial assistance from any other source
Are struggling financially as a result of their cancer treatment (e.g., lost wages, high medical bills, etc.) or its aftermath (e.g., limited ability to work, side effects from treatment, etc.)
In addition to the eligibility requirements stated above, the best candidates can articulate how their cancer experience has impacted their current financial situation.
How can I apply for a grant?
Fill out the application form on this page. The application will ask for the following information:
Basic personal and contact information
Information about your medical history with cancer (diagnosis, treatments, and current status) Completion of Medical History verification form, signed by licensed medical professional you’ve been a patient of. (ie. oncologist, primary care physician).
Financial picture including your monthly income, expenses, assets, and debts you owe.
Recent tax forms (within the last two years).
